Pat got the quilt for Patti for their 25th wedding anniversary and we embroidered his sentiments into the quilt. Their Sacramento bedroom is going to be their Hawaiian oasis with the quilt as their centerpiece. This has been a very eventful year for them, celebrating their 25th anniversary and seeing family in New Zealand and Pat retiring (looks way too young to "retire" don't you think?). I am grateful that they shared their quilt with us.
