Polianthes tuberosa or tuberose also a fragrant plant. It is a flower grown for its beautiful flowers for oils, perfumes, soaps, landscapes and especially for the lei.
Both plants have exotic and beautiful names all over the world. Each flower is unique and when not entwined in a lei alone truly accents any other leaf or flower beautifully.
This particular design is sometimes referred to as the Hawaiian Wedding Ring Quilt.
